Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

By using Eazilee, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English — please read them.

Important: Eazilee provides information to help you explore assistive technology options. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional — such as an occupational therapist — before making decisions about assistive technology.

1. Information only — not medical advice

Eazilee is an information platform. The tool recommendations, community experiences, and AI-generated suggestions on this platform are provided to help you explore your options. They are not a substitute for professional assessment or advice.

We strongly encourage you to consult a qualified occupational therapist, allied health professional, or other relevant specialist before purchasing or relying on any assistive technology for a health or disability-related need.

2. User contributions

When you submit an experience to Eazilee, you confirm that:

  • The experience is your own genuine, first-hand account.
  • It does not contain other people's personal information without their consent.
  • It is not misleading, defamatory, harmful, or commercially motivated.
  • You are not being paid or incentivised to submit a positive review.
  • Your submission represents your own personal experience only and should not be presented as medical advice, a clinical recommendation or an endorsement of any product.

By submitting content, you grant Eazilee a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content on the platform.

3. Content removal

We reserve the right to remove or edit any submitted experience that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, contains personal information, is misleading, or is otherwise inappropriate.

If you believe a submission should be removed, please contact us at hello@eazilee.com.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eazilee and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • Decisions made based on information or recommendations on this platform
  • Inaccurate or outdated information about assistive technology products
  • The suitability of any product for your specific needs
  • Interruptions to the availability of the platform

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Third-party products and links

Listing a product on Eazilee does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or approval of that product by Eazilee.

User-submitted experiences reflect the personal views of individual contributors only. Eazilee does not endorse, verify or take responsibility for any claims made in user submissions about specific products, their effectiveness, safety or suitability.

A product working well for one person does not mean it will work for everyone. Individual needs, conditions and circumstances vary significantly. Always seek independent professional advice before purchasing assistive technology.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Eazilee has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites.

6. AI-generated content

Some recommendations and summaries on Eazilee are generated using artificial intelligence. While we work to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

Eazilee does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any AI-generated recommendation. All AI-assisted content should be treated as a starting point for your own research, not a definitive answer.

8. Intellectual property

The Eazilee platform, including its design, code, and curated content, is owned by Eazilee. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

User-submitted experiences remain the intellectual property of their authors, licenced to Eazilee as described above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Eazilee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
